10 february 2007 ~ Plates

Now that we have a direction on frames and ratio...time to figure out how we can work with decent plates...None of us have a nice camera...which sucks! So we are relying on the kindness of colleagues etc to use their cameras.

So far it looks like we can get 24P so that is great---BIG thanks to Zack Gans of Geezle Productions http://www.geezleproductions.com/

But we are still going to try to get at least 2k from our stills. So our discussions have led to plans of using hi-res stills where possible...and adding hand tracked cam movement in post if necessary.

A lot of our plates we imagine will be rebuilt in Pshop anyway...so we need a good Roto Artist! Anyone interested!? We are willing to pay in beer and screen credit :)

Now our discussion is turning towards Length and format.
