15 april 2007 ~ the modeling part

There has been continuing R&D, and lots of tests on getting the destruction of the buildings to look something like what we have in our heads!

Eventually it got there and we now have a technique and a process which should give us consistent results.

Meanwhile, modeling of the builings an other assests has begun and is well underway. This consists of creating several photo realistic buildings with textures and shading, for both the Toronto location and the London location.

Once the builings have been modelled, we can then start pulling them apart and breaking them up into over 400 hundred pieces each. No simple task!

Principle photography should start in the next couple of weeks.
